No. 48. FISHERIES ACT, 1939 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 3) ORDER, 1943. WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 2 of the Fisheries Act, 1939 (No. 17 of 1939) that the said Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed for that purpose by order of the Minister for Agriculture either generally or with reference to any particular Part or provision and different days may be so fixed for different Parts and different provisions of the said Act. NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Fisheries Act, 1939 (No. 17 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1939 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 1943. 2. The 12th day of April, 1943, is hereby fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1939 (No. 17 of 1939), shall come into operation, that is to say:— Section 58 ; Section 65 with the exception of sub-section
