AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (POTATOES) REGULATIONS, 1944. I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931 (No. 26 of 1931), hereby order and make the following regulations :— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Regulations, 1944. 2.—
(1)A certificate of suitability issued under sub-section
(2)of section 22 of the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931 (No. 26 of 1931), shall be in the Form P. 8 in the Schedule hereto with one or other of the following prefixes :— " SERIAL No. S.S. (EIRE)........................................19............" " SERIAL No. A (EIRE)........................................19............" " SERIAL No. H (EIRE)........................................19............"
(2)Article 11 of the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Regulations, 1931 ( S. R. & O., No. 87 of 1931 ), is hereby revoked. FORM P.
