LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 4 of the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944), hereby make the following regulations :— 1 Short title. 1. These regulations may be cited as the Transport Act, 1944 , Regulations, 1945. 2 the Act. 2. In these regulations, the expression " the Act " means the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944). 3 Forms of applications to Minister under the Act. 3. Every application under a section of the Act mentioned in column

(2)of the Table to this Article at any reference number shall be in the form (set out in the Schedule hereto) specified in column

  1.
