AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1945. No. 49. ORDER FIXING APPOINTED DAY PURSUANT TO SECTION 21 OF ARTERIAL DRAINAGE ACT, 1945. WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 21 of the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945 (No. 3 of 1945), that the Minister for Finance shall by order appoint a day to be the Appointed Day for the purposes of Part III of that Act, now I, SEÁN T. Ó CEALLAIGH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by the aforementioned section and of every other power enabling me in that behalf do hereby Order and Appoint the 31st day of March, 1945, to be the Appointed Day for the purposes of Part III of the said Act.
