The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by paragraph (
4. a)of Section 17 of the Mental Treatment Act, 1945 , hereby orders and declares as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Mental Treatment (Names of Joint Bodies) Order, 1946. 2. The joint Boards which are the local administrative authorities for the Mental Hospital Districts specified in the first column of the schedule to this Order shall be known and styled by the respective names set out in the second column of the said Schedule opposite such Mental Hospital District. SCHEDULE. Mental Hospital District Name of Joint Board 1. The administrative county of Carlow and the administrative county of Kildare. 1. The Carlow Mental Hospital Board. 2.
