No. 241.DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH. THE THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1932. THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1946. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 , hereby orders as follows, that is to say :— 1. This order and the Therapeutic Substances Regulations, 1934 to 1945, shall be read as one order and may be cited collectively as " the Therapeutic Substances Regulations, 1934 to 1946." 2.—
(1)The Minister may by order provide that paragraph (a) of Article 21 of the Therapeutic Substances (Saorstát Eireann) Regulations, 1934, shall not apply in relation to a particular therapeutic substance.
(2)Where an application is made under Article 21 of the Therapeutic Substances (Saorstát Eireann) Regulations, 1934, for a licence to import a therapeutic substance to which an order under sub-article
(1)of this Article relates it shall not be necessary for the undertaking signed by the Manufacturer and furnished by the applicant to include the condition mentioned in paragraph (a) of the said Article.
- This order may be cited as the Therapeutic Substances (Amendment) Regulations,
