(2)of section 4 of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) (No. 2) Act, 1940 (No. 11 of 1940), hereby order as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) (No. 2) Act, 1940 (State of Emergency) Order, 1940 (Revocation) Order,
- The Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) (No. 2) Act, 1940 (State of Emergency) Order, 1940 ( S. R. & O. No. 163 of 1940 ), is hereby revoked as on and from the 2nd day of September,
