No. 349.No. 349/1946: PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTIOUS DISEASES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS. 1946. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Public Health Acts, 1878 to 1931, by this his Order makes the following regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations, 1946. 2. Article 14 of the Public Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations, 1941, shall be amended by the Insertion in paragraph (
- a)of sub-article
(1)of the said Article of the words " enteric fever " after the word " measles " and the said Article shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
