I, SEÁN MacEOIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section
(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), hereby order as follows :— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 114) Order, 1948.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of June,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- The place for holding the District Court for the purposes of civil proceedings and cases of summary jurisdiction in the district court area of Ballyforan in the County of Roscommon, shall be Dysart. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 28th day of May,
