AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 248 of 1948. SMALL DWELLINGS ACQUISITION ACT, 1899 (MAXIMUM SUM) (No. 2) ORDER, 1948. The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(2)of section 38 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948 (No. 1 of 1948) hereby orders as follows :—
- The Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) Order, 1948, is hereby revoked.
- The maximum sum for the purposes of subsection
(1)of section 38 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948 , shall be two thousand pounds.
- This Order may be cited as the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) (No. 2) Order,
