AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 375 of 1948. BLACK SCAB IN POTATOES (SPECIAL AREA) ORDER, 1933 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948. I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the joint operation of the Destructive Insects and Pests Acts, 1877 to 1929, and the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Black Scab in Potatoes (Special Area) Order, 1933 (Amendment) Order, 1948. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to the Order. 3. The Black Scab in Potatoes (Special Area) Order, 1933, shall have effect as if the area described in the Table to this Article were omitted from the First Schedule to that Order and inserted in the Second Schedule to that Order. TABLE TO ARTICLE 3. The area comprising— The townlands (and all towns and villages included therein) of Ballintemple, Ballyboe (E.D. Cross Roads), Ballyconnell, Ballyness, Bellina, Carrowcanon, Clonbara, Craigtown, Drumnatinny, Errarooey Beg, Errarooey More and Falcarragh, all in the Barony of Kilmacrenan in the Administrative County of Donegal, and So much of the townlands (and all towns and villages included therein) of Dunmore (E.D. Cross Roads), Moyra Glebe, and Ray (E.D. Cross Roads), (which said townlands are in the Barony of Kilmacrenan in the Administrative County of Donegal) as lies north of the railway line between Dunfanaghy Road and Falcarragh.
