The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section

(3)of section 25 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), and after due compliance with sub-section
(1)of section 4 of the said Act, hereby orders as follows :— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the General Drapery and Footwear Shops (Hours of Trading on weekdays) (Castlerea) Order, 1948 (Amendment) Order, 1949 :
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of August, 1949 :
  1. The General Drapery and Footwear Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) (Castlerea) Order, 1948 (S. I., No. 309 of 1948), is hereby amended by the substitution for Article 2 of the following— "
  2. The area composed of the townlands of Arm, Castlerea, Demesne and Knockroe in the district electoral division of Castlerea shall be a trading area for the purposes of this Order." GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, this 22nd day of July,
