AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 98 of 1949. DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION No. 124) ORDER, 1949. I, Seán MacEoin, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of Section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling hereby order as follows :— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 124) Order, 1949.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1949. 2.—
(1)For the purpose of Summary proceedings, there is hereby created in District No. 22 a new district court area, to be known as the district court area of Cappawhite, which shall consist of the district electoral divisions specified in the Schedule hereto.
(2)For the purpose of summary proceedings, the district court area of Dundrum in District No. 22 is hereby varied by the removal therefrom of the district electoral divisions specified in the Schedule hereto.
(3)The District Court for the district court area of Cappawhite created by this Article, shall be held at the place and times set out in the Schedule hereto. 3.—
(1)Business transacted in the District Court which is initiated before the date on which this Order comes into operation and is not completed before that date shall be continued and completed in like manner as if this Order had not been made.
(2)For the purpose of this Article, business transacted in the District Court shall be regarded as being initiated on the day on which the summons, warrant, process, or other originating document relating to it is issued. SCHEDULE. SUMMARY JURISDICTION. Place where District Court is held, days in each month and hour of Sessions. District electoral divisions forming the Court area. COUNTY OF TIPPERARY, S.R. Cappawhite — Third Friday, 11.30 a.m. January, March, May, July, September and November. Cappagh, Curraheen, Donohill, Drumwood, Glengar, and in County Tipperary N.R., Foilnamon.
