Act Referred to Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 No. 16 of 1932 Number 11 of 1950. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDER) ACT, 1950. AN ACT TO CONFIRM AN ORDER MADE UNDER THE EMERGENCY IMPOSITION OF DUTIES ACT, 1932 . [20th April, 1950.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Confirmation of Order. 1.—
(1)The Order mentioned in the second column of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 (No. 16 of 1932), is hereby confirmed.
(2)The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Order mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of the said Order, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of the said Schedule.
