The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Labourers Acts, 1883 to 1948, and Section 32 of the Housing (Ireland) Act, 1919, as amended by the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1931 (No. 50 of 1931), hereby orders as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Architects and Engineers) (Revocation) Order, 1950. 2. The Housing (Architects for Schemes) Rules, 1935 (S. R. and O., 1935, No. 125) and Articles 48 and 49 of the Labourers (Ireland) Order, 1912 (S. R. and O., 1912, No. 235), are hereby revoked.
