FLAX (STANDARD PRICE FOR SALE SEASON 1950-51) ORDER, 1950. The Government, in exercise of the power conferred by section 15 of the Flax Act, 1936 (No. 20 of 1936), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Flax (Standard Price for Sale Season 1950-51) Order, 1950. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 3. For the purposes of the Flax Act, 1936 , the standard price per stone for flax grown and scutched in the State in the sale season beginning on the 1st day of October, 1950, shall be thirty-four shillings and sixpence per stone.
