No. 257 of 1950. EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (THIRD AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950. The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Third Amendment) Order, 1950. 2.
(1)The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., No. 156 of 1944), is hereby amended by the deletion from the Third Schedule of all matter contained in columns
(2),
(3)and
(4)at reference number 3 and columns
(2)and
(3)at reference number 10.
(2)Paragraph
(1)of this Article shall come into operation on the 13th day of October,
