HARBOUR RATES (BALLINA HARBOUR) ORDER, 1950. The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby orders as follows :— 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Ballina Harbour) Order, 1950.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of November,
- The maximum goods rates and tonnage rates to be charged by the Commissioners of the River Moy Navigation shall be the rates authorised immediately before the commencement of this Order by sections 46 and 47, respectively, of the Moy Navigation Amendment Act, 1860, as amended by the Ballina Port and Harbour (Temporary Increase of Charges) Order, 1921, increased by fifty per cent.
