I, SEÁN MacEOIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 133) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 3.—
(1)On the commencement of the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, the description, the County Borough of Limerick, in the definition, contained in Part I of the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 103 of 1927 ), of the district court area of Limerick City for the purposes of civil jurisdiction, shall be construed as including the district electoral division of Limerick Rural, constituted by the County Limerick (District Electoral Divisions) Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 1 of 1950 ).
(2)Pending the commencement of the said Provisional Order, the reference in the said definition to the district electoral divisions of Limerick North Rural and Limerick South Rural shall be deemed to include a reference to the townlands and parts of townlands removed therefrom to form the district electoral division of Limerick Rural. 4.—
(1)On the commencement of the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950— (
  1. a)the description, the County Borough of Limerick, comprising the district court area of Limerick City for the purposes of summary jurisdiction shall be construed as including the district electoral division of Limerick Rural, and (
  2. b)the description, Limerick North Rural, Limerick South Rural, and in County Clare, Ballyglass, Cappavilla, comprising the district court area of Limerick Liberties for the purposes of summary jurisdiction, shall be contrued as not including the district electoral division of Limerick Rural.
(2)Pending the commencement of the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, the district court area of Limerick Liberties created by the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927, for the purposes of summary jurisdiction is hereby varied by the inclusion of the district electoral division of Limerick Rural.
