DISTRICT COURT DISTRICTS (LIMERICK) ORDER, 1950. I, SEÁN MacEOIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the District Court Districts (Limerick) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
  4. On the commencement of the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, the description, the County Borough of Limerick, comprising part of District No. 19 in the District Court (New Districts) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 102 of 1927 ) shall be construed as including the district electoral division of Limerick Rural constituted by the County Limerick (District Electoral Division) Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 1 of 1950 ).
  5. Pending the commencement of the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, the district electoral divisions of Limerick North Rural and Limerick South Rural shall, for the purposes of the District Court (New Districts) Order, 1927, be deemed to continue to include the townlands and parts of townlands removed therefrom to form the said district electoral division of Limerick Rural.
