FISHERIES ACT, 1925 (REGULATIONS) ORDER, 1951. I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers exercisable by me under the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say :— 1.—

(1)This Order may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Regulations) Order, 1951.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on 1st day of January,
  2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 3.—
(1)For the purposes of subsection
(1)of section 22 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), as amended by section 45 of the Fisheries Act, 1939 (No. 17 of 1939), (
  1. a)the register, required by the said section 22 to be kept by every holder of a licence, shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, and, (
  2. b)the particulars to be entered in any register so kept by the holder of a licence shall, in relation to any transaction (being a purchase, receipt, sale, exportation, disposal or removal of salmon or trout made on or from the premises specified in such licence) be the particulars, relevant to such transaction, which are indicated in the said form.
(2)In this Article the word " licence " means licence or a renewal of a licence issued under the Fisheries Act, 1925 , for the sale of salmon and trout.
  1. The Fisheries Act, 1925 (Regulations) Order, 1939 (S.R. & O., 1939, No. 393) ; is hereby revoked. SCHEDULE. REGISTER OF PURCHASES, RECEIPTS, SALES, EXPORTATIONS, DISPOSALS AND REMOVALS OF SALMON AND TROUT UNDER SECTION 22 of THE FISHERIES ACT, 1925 , AS AMENDED BY SECTION 45 of THE FISHERIES ACT, 1939 . Record of Purchases and Receipts of Salmon and Trout.
  9.
