DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1951. I, PROINSIAS MAC AOGÁIN, Minister for External Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Diplomatic and Consular Fees Act, 1939 (No. 31 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Minister for Finance testified by his Official Seal affixed hereto, do hereby make the following regulations:— 1.

(1)These regulations may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 1951.
(2)These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of August,
  1. The Second Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 365 of 1948 ), is hereby amended by the insertion, in the appropriate columns, between Ref. Nos. 3 and 4, of the following— " 3a. For the issue of a new passport for the unexpired period of validity of an old passport
