NURSES ACT, 1950 (ADAPTATION OF RULES) ORDER, 1951. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 80 of the Nurses Act, 1950 (No. 27 of 1950) hereby orders as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Nurses Act, 1950 (Adaptation of Rules) Order, 1951. 2.
(1)Any reference to the Council in any rules made by the General Nursing Council in relation to the procedure of that Council shall be construed as a reference to An Bórd Altranais.
(2)Any reference to the Board in any rules made or deemed to have been made by the Central Midwives Board in relation to the procedure of that Board shall be construed as a reference to the Midwives Committee of An Bórd Altranais.
