The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Electoral Act, 1923 (No. 12 of 1923), and of all other powers in this behalf enabling him hereby orders and prescribes as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Order, 1951, and shall be read and construed as one with the Electoral Order, 1946 (S.R. & O., 1946, No. 96), and may be collectively cited therewith as the Electoral Orders, 1946, and 1951. 2. The Electoral Order, 1946 (S.R. & O., 1946, No. 96), shall be amended by the substitution for Form E.A. 5 which is specified in the First Schedule to the said Order of the Form set forth in the Schedule hereto.
