(3)of section 4 of the Social Welfare Act, 1951 (No. 16 of 1951), hereby order as follows :— 1.This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1951 (Sections 4 and 5) (Appointed Day) Order,
- The 5th day of October, 1951, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of sections 4 and 5 of the Social Welfare Act, 1951 (No. 16 of 1951). GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 31st day of August,
