AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 333 of 1951. LIMERICK PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1951. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section

(2)of Section 40 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939), hereby orders as follows :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Limerick Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1951, and shall come into operation on the first day of December,
  2. The Townlands and portions of Townlands specified in Column I of the Schedule hereto in the District Electoral Divisions respectively specified opposite thereto in Column II of the said Schedule shall henceforth comprise the Limerick Rural Dispensary District.
  3. Any of the said Townlands or portions of Townlands which prior to the date of the coming into operation of this Order formed part of a Dispensary District other than the said Limerick Rural Dispensary District shall cease so to form part and shall become part of the said Limerick Rural Dispensary District in accordance with Article 1 hereof.
