AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 403 of 1951. AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT (COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF LAND) ORDER, 1951. I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 41 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (No. 40 of 1936), and of every other power me in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, signified by his official seal affixed hereto, hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Compulsory Acquisition of Land) Order, 1951. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 3. I hereby declare my intention to acquire compulsorily the lands described in the Schedule hereto. 4. The following enactments— (
4. a)the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919, and (
5. b)the Lands Clauses Acts so far as the same are not inconsistent with the said Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensatoin) Act, 1919 are hereby incorporated with this Order. SCHEDULE. All those parts of the lands of Ballymun, Collinstown, Coultry, Forrest Great, Harristown, Huntstown, Portmellick and Silloge containing 281 acres, 2 roods and 37 perches or thereabouts statute measure situate in the Baronies of Coolock and Nethercross and County of Dublin which said lands are more particularly delineated on the map annexed hereto and thereon edged in red and lettered A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, L and N.
