LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(1)of section 27 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (Suspensory) Order, 1952. 2. The operation of the Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (S.R. & O., No. 362 of 1947), is hereby suspended from the date of this Order until the 30th day of September, 1952, save in (
  1. a)the county borough of Dublin, (
  2. b)the county borough of Cork, and (
