AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 214 of 1952. COUNTY MANAGEMENT ACT, 1940. COUNTY MANAGEMENT (JOINT BODIES) ORDER, 1952. The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 8 and sub-section
(3)of section 5 of the County Management Act, 1940 , hereby orders as follows:—
- The Galway County Manager shall be the Manager for the Western Health Institutions Committee.
- The sum to be paid by the said Committee to the Council of the County of Galway in pursuance of sub-section
(3)of section 5 of the County Management Act, 1940 , shall be Fifty Pounds.
- This Order may be cited as the County Management (Joint Bodies) Order,
