BREAD (PRICES) ORDER, 1952 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952. I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Bread (Regulation of Prices) Act, 1936 (No. 29 of 1936) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows : 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the Bread (Prices) Order, 1952 (Amendment) Order, 1952.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 22nd day of September,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.
- This Order applies to the whole of the State.
- The Bread (Prices) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 183 of 1952 ) is hereby amended by the deletion of the Schedule thereto and by the substitution therefor of the Schedule hereto. SCHEDULE. MAXIMUM PRICES AT WHICH BREAD WHICH IS BATCH BREAD OR FANCY BREAD MAY BE SOLD OR OFFERED FOR SALE IN UNITS OF ONE POUND OR MULTIPLES OF ONE POUND IN WEIGHT. Ref.
