AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 28 of 1952. HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (TRALEE AND FENIT PIER AND HARBOUR COMMISSIONERS) ORDER, 1952. I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 146 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners) Order, 1952. 2. Part II of the First Schedule to the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), is hereby amended by the insertion in the third column, opposite the mention of Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners, of the words "Tralee Chamber of Commerce." 3. The Tralee Chamber of Commerce may, at any time after the making of this Order, appoint two persons to be the chamber of commerce members of the Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners and the term of office of a member so appointed shall commence on the date of his appointment.
