I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on my by subsection
(1)of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order,
- The period of summer time appointed by the Summer Time Order, 1926, shall not be the period of summer time for the purposes of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year
- The period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1952 shall be the period beginning at two o'clock West-European time, in the morning of the 20th day of April, 1952, and ending at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 26th day of October,
- GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 25th day of March,
