AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 91 of 1952. AGRICULTURAL WAGES (MINIMUM RATES) ORDER, 1951 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952. The Agricultural Wages Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 17 of the Agricultural Wages Act, 1936 (No. 53 of 1936), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, and after due compliance with subsection
(7)of the said section 17, do hereby order as follows :— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1951 (Revocation) Order, 1952.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of April,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- The Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1951 ( S.I. No. 188 of 1951 ), is hereby revoked. Sealed with the Common Seal of the Agricultural Wages Board this 15th day of April,
- The Seal of the Board was affixed in the presence of (Signed) WILLIAM O'LEARY, Chairman of the Board.
