No. 108 of 1953. MILK AND DAIRIES REGULATIONS, 1936 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953. I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 31 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), hereby make the following regulations : 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Regulations, 1936 (Amendment) Regulations, 1953. 2. Article 45 of the Milk and Dairies Regulations, 1936 ( S. R. & O. No. 310 of 1936 ), is hereby amended by the insertion after subparagraph (
4. ii)of paragraph (
5. a)of the following sub-paragraphs :— (iii) if such sanitary district is in a county, any health inspector of the council of the county duly authorised for that purpose by the sanitary authority of such sanitary district ; (
6. iv)if such sanitary district is a county or county borough, any health inspector of the council of the county or the corporation of the county borough.
