No. 313 of 1953. PROHIBITION OF IMPORT (DRIED OR POWDERED MILK) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1953. I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Acting Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(1)of section 29 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows : 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the Prohibition of Import (Dried or Powdered Milk) (No. 2) Order, 1953.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of October, 1953. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 3. The importation into the State of dried or powdered milk (including dried or powdered milk which has been treated by way of processing or the addition of any other substance) is hereby prohibited. 4. Article 3 of this Order shall not apply— (
  1. a)to infant or invalid foods made up in containers for sale by retail, or (
  2. b)in a case in which the quantity of dried or powdered milk imported does not exceed five pounds in weight. 5. The Prohibition of Import (Dried or Powdered Milk) Order, 1953 ( S.I.
