CORK SANATORIA BOARD ORDER, 1953 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1954. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 45 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953), and as respects the application of section 103 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby orders as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Cork Sanatoria Board Order, 1953 (Amendment) Order, 1954. 2. This Order shall come into operation on 1st day of August, 1954. 3. Article 4 of and the Schedule to the Cork Sanatoria Board Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 416 of 1953 ) are hereby revoked. 4. The provisions of the Health Acts, 1947 and 1953, and of the Regulations made thereunder which are specified in the Schedule to this Order shall, to the extent therein specified, apply to the Cork Sanatoria Board. SCHEDULE APPLICATION OF ENACTMENTS Act Provisions applied Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947). Sections 2, 10 and 11 ; section 31, and the Regulations made under that section, in so far as they relate to the provision of institutional services in an institution maintained by the Board ; Part VIII ; Section 103 (as amended by Section 42 of the Health Act, 1953 ) ; section 104 (as amended by section 43 of the Health Act, 1953 ) ; sections 105 and 108. Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953). Sections 8, 9 and 12 ; Section 15 and the Regulations in relation to services thereunder in so far as they relate to the provision of such services in an institution maintained by the Board ; Section 26 ; Sections 29 to 31 ; Section 44 in so far as it relates to the prosecution of offences under Part VIII of the Health Act, 1947 ; Sections 47, 49, 62, 63 and 64.
