LABOURERS COTTAGE (PURCHASE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1954. The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Labourers Act, 1936 (No. 24 of 1936), as amended by the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1954 (No. 16 of 1954) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations :— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Labourers Cottage (Purchase) (Amendment) Regulations, 1954. 2. The prescribed form of vesting order (Form No. C.P. 5) set out in the Schedule to the Labourers Cottage (Purchase) Regulations, 1938, (S.R. & O. 1938 No. 97) is hereby amended by the insertion of " by devise or " before " by operation of law " in Condition IV of the conditions contained in Article 2 of the said prescribed form of vesting order.
