PROHIBITION OF IMPORT (CHEESE) ORDER, 1955. I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(1)of section 29 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :
- This Order may be cited as the Prohibition of Import (Cheese) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- The importation into the State on or after the 28th day of June, 1955, of cheese is hereby prohibited.
- The Prohibition of Import (Cheese) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 101 of 1949 ), is hereby revoked as on and from the 28th day of June,
- GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of June,
