(2)of section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , hereby orders as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (County Health District of Wexford) Order,
- Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the County Health District of Wexford on the 1st day of December,
