  1. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS,
  2. I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise

the powers conferred on me by section 38

the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2

1939), and

every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations:— 1.—

(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1955.
(2)The Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 to 1954, and these Regulations shall be construed as one and may be cited together as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 to 1955. 2. The Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 169

1939 ), are hereby amended as follows:— (I) in subparagraph (b)

September and ending on the 14th day
