WHEREAS Joseph Blowick, Minister for Lands, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :— NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection
(1)of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Minister for Lands (Agency) Order,
- James Dillon, Minister for Agriculture, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Lands during the period ending on the 31st day of January,
- GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 5th day of January,
