Article 7shall each be construed as referring both to the Forces (as defined in subsection

(3)of section 3 of the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923 (No. 30 of 1923)), and to the Permanent Defence Force as defined by the Defence Act, 1954 (No. 18 of 1954) ; (ii) subparagraph (ii)
