FEEDING STUFFS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1957. I, SEÁN MOYLAN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), hereby order as follows : 1.

(1)This Order may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1957.
(2)The Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Orders, 1953 and 1956, and this Order may be cited together as the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Orders, 1953 to 1957.
(3)This Order shall come into operation on the 9th day of September, 1957. 2. The Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1953 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of the Schedule thereto and the insertion of the following Schedule : " SCHEDULE. 1. Wheat offals. 2. Beet pulp. 3. Any mixture which is for feeding to pigs, poultry or cattle and which contains one or more of the following : (
  1. a)wheat, (
  2. b)barley or maize, whether whole or subjected to any process of grinding, crushing or flaking, (
  3. c)wheat offals, (
