Acts Referred to Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 1956, No. 1 Number 33 of 1958. CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1958. AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE. [17th December, 1958.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Continuance of Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956. 1.—
(1)The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1962, and shall then expire.
(2)Subsection
(2)of section 7 of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , is hereby repealed. Short title. 2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1958.
