AmendmentsLeasuithe GREYHOUND RACE TRACK (LEVY) (PERCENTAGE) REGULATIONS, 1958. Bord na gCon, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sub-section
(3)of Section 5 and Section 32 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Agriculture, hereby makes the following regulations prescribing the percentage levy payable for the time being to Bord na gCon on the amount of a course bet:—
- These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Levy) (Percentage) Regulations,
- The levy payable for the time being on a course bet shall be calculated at the rate of two and a half per cent. of such course bet.
- These regulations shall come into operation on the First day of January,
- GIVEN under the Seal of Bord na gCon, this 18th day of November,

The effect of the Regulations is that from 1st January, 1959, a levy at the rate of two and a half per cent. will be payable to Bord na gCon on course bets at greyhound race tracks.
