No. 251 of 1958. SALMON ROD (LATE SEASON) (DISTRICT) ORDINARY LICENCES ORDER, 1958. I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (
- b)of subsection
(2)of section 14 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 15 of 1958), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Salmon Rod (Late Season) (District) Ordinary Licences Order, 1958. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1959. 3. Each of the following boards of conservators is hereby authorised to issue salmon rod (late season) (district) ordinary licences :— (
- i)The Board of Conservators for the No. 1 or Dublin District. (
- ii)The Board of Conservators for the No. 2 or Wexford District. (iii) The Board of Conservators for the No. 3 or Waterford District. (
- iv)The Board of Conservators for the No. 5 or Cork District. (
- v)The Board of Conservators for the No. 7 or Kerry District. (
- vi)The Board of Conservators for the No. 8 or Limerick District. (vii) The Board of Conservators for the No. 91 or Galway District. (viii) The Board of Conservators for the No. 92 or Connemara District. (
- ix)The Board of Conservators for the No. 101 or Ballinakill District. (
- x)The Board of Conservators for the No. 102 or Bangor District. (
- xi)The Board of Conservators for the No. 11 or Ballina District. (xii) The Board of Conservators for the No. 12 or Sligo District. (xiii) The Board of Conservators for the No. 13 or Ballyshannon District. (xiv) The Board of Conservators for the No. 141 or Letterkenny District. (
- xv)The Board of Conservators for the No. 172 or Dundalk District. (xvi) The Board of Conservators for the No. 171 or Drogheda District. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 10th day of December, 1958. ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Lands. EXPLANATORY NOTE. As from 1st January, 1959, the boards of conservators named are authorised to issue salmon rod licences for their districts covering the period from 1st July to the end of the fishing season. These licences are valid for the district of issue only.
