AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 80 of 1958. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1956 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1958. I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by virtue of section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), and the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 52 of 1956 ), hereby order as follows : 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1958.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1958. 2. The Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 56 of 1956 ), is hereby amended by— (
- a)the deletion in paragraph 3 (inserted by the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 153 of 1957 )) of " or molasses", (
- b)the deletion in Part I (as amended by the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 2 of 1957 ), the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 7 of 1957 ), and the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 (Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 153 of 1957 )) of the Schedule thereto of " and molasses " and of " Tea. Wheat products as follows : commodities in the preparation of which wheat or any product of wheat is used, other than commodities to which sugar or other sweetening matter has been added in the course of preparation.", and (
- c)the insertion in the said Part I after " cork " of " Wood-wool, wood-flour ". GIVEN under my Official Seal this 28th day of March, 1958. SEÁN F. LEMASS. Minister for Industry and Commerce. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to discontinue export control by the Minister for Industry and Commerce on molasses, tea, wheat products, wood-wool and wood-flour.
