Bord na gCon, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 21 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958), hereby orders as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Appointed Day) Order, 1959. 2. The 1st day of February, 1959, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Section 21 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 .
