IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (ALUMINIUM SHEET, STRIP AND FOIL) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1959. I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Aluminium Sheet, Strip and Foil) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1959. 2. The Imposition of Duties (Aluminium Sheet, Strip and Foil) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 17 of 1959 ), shall be amended by the substitution of " 1st day of January, 1961 " for " 1st day of January, 1960 " (inserted by the Imposition of Duties (Aluminium Sheet, Strip and Foil) (Amendment) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 109 of 1959 )) in paragraph 2. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 23rd day of December, 1959. SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN. This Order provides for the extension to 31st December, 1960 of the period of suspension of the Customs duty on aluminium sheet, strip and foil in excess of one fiftieth of an inch in thickness.
