No. 75 of 1959. DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION NO. 177) ORDER, 1959 I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(3)of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—
  1. This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 177) Order,
  3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.
  4. The place for holding the District Court for the purpose of cases of summary jurisdiction in the district court area formerly known as Reinmeen in the County of Cork shall be Glengarriff.
  5. Business transacted in the District Court which is initiated before the date of this Order and is not completed before that date shall be continued and completed at Glengarriff. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 23rd day of April,
  6. OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Justice. EXPLANATORY NOTE This Order appoints Glengarriff as the place for holding the District Court in the district court area heretofore known as Reinmeen in the County of Cork.
